6 designers are chosen each year to be a part of the Chicago Fashion Incubator (CFI) program and this year I have the honor of being a part of this awesome experience.  (www.chicagofashionincubator.org)  Other CFI designers include Rachel Frank, Brooke Conrady, Lagi Nadeau, Sarah Church, and Christina Monley.

3 months have passed since the March 1^st, 2012 start date and it’s already time for an overdue night on the town.  Thursday, June 28^th, we set out to the top of the Wit Hotel on State St. (201 North State Street Chicago). While there we had the pleasure of witnessing a fashion show by designer Anna Hovet, a friend and previous competitor from the Oscar nominated online reality show, So You Wanna Be A Designer (SYWBAD).
