Shipping Costs
We offer complimentary USPS Ground shipment of orders of $300 or more that are shipped within the Continental US (total excludes taxes and shipping costs).
We offer shipping via USPS on all domestic orders of values of $299.99 or less. Please note that USPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. The following charges apply to packages shipped in the continental United States;

USPS Ground - $15
USPS 2nd Day Air - $35

We ship USPS International for all orders outside of the United States. Costs for international shipping are calculated at order checkout.

Free Exchanges
Orders shipped within the Continental US are offered free exchanges. Unfortunately at this time we do not offer exchanges for international addresses.

Shipping Policy
Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday will be processed the following business day. Order processing time includes item selection, handling, packaging and shipping. While most orders are ready for shipping within 24 hours of placing your order, some orders take additional time. Please allow 48 hours for processing. All orders placed after 11:00 AM (EST) will begin processing the following business day. We reserve the right to hold orders for verification.
* Please note that Two Day delivery refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within 2 to 3 weeks of placing your order, some orders take additional time.
* Shipping times are approximate.
* Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday and holidays. does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or company observed holidays. The following holidays are observed:

Lost Items
Orders will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the restrictions contained on All purchases from are made pursuant to the terms and conditions found on the website. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from the website pass to the buyer upon delivery of the items to the carrier. The buyer is responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments

Refusal of Delivery
All items are custom, therefore non returnable. 

Refund & Exchanges

At ESF, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, finish, and materials is our priority.

  • We only accept cancellations within 24 hours of order placement.
  • Please inspect your purchase immediately and notify us of any damaged, incomplete, or inaccurate shipments. Please call us at 678.878.7048.
  • We offer a full refund or exchange for most in-stock (non-customized) items returned to us within 30 days.
  • In-stock (non-customized) items can be returned to us within 30 days for a full refund.

Return of stock merchandise must be in original packaging and original condition and include a receipt to be eligible for a full refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

ESF cannot accept returns or offer a refund on exchange on any of the following items:

  • Blouses
  • Pants
  • Dresses
  • Skirts 

Return Policy:
Merchandise eligible for return may be returned.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. Upon receipt of returned goods, Elizabeth Smith Fashions reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet these requirements. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt. We will send an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Though we process your return immediately, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for it to appear on your statement. Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time
